WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

Depending on the weather plan for layers in case it gets colder as we move towards sunset. oga mat/blankets/ bolster or pillow for your head is suggested since we will be on paved area. Bring water. Eye masks will be available (optional)

What to Bring and Wear:

• Comfortable Shoes: You'll be walking on both dirt and cemented areas during the farm tour, so wear sturdy, comfortable closed toe shoes

• Yoga Mat or Blanket: For the sound bath, bring a yoga mat/ blanket to lie on for maximum comfort.

• Pillows or Bolsters (Optional): If you prefer extra support during the sound bath, feel free to bring pillows or bolsters.

• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the event.

• Sun Protection: If it's a sunny day, bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• An Open Heart: Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with the animals and the healing energy of the farm.

Portions of all proceeds benefit Kfar Saba Urban Farm a nonprofit 501C-3 Jewish sanctuary dedicated to rescuing animals and providing life-changing animal therapy to people of all ages. Your ticket helps support them to continue vital work—caring for animals, offering therapeutic programs, and fostering a compassionate community.
