The 12 month plan identifies how the energy of each of the new and full moons is influenced by the zodiac sign it is in and where that sign is placed on your chart (for example, relationships, career, money), which allows you to effectively channel how you set your intentions, goals and dreams at the new moon, and what you release, reassess and surrender at the full moon throughout the year
