Each month, students have the opportunity to tap into the powerful energy of the full moon to set intentions, release negativity, and recharge. In this soothing workshop, we harness the lunar energy through a calming sound bath, oracle card pulls, and a group check-in to set the tone for the month ahead. The session begins with a brief discussion about the full moon’s influence on the current month and its energy and if you know your Rising Sign you will learn how the moon affects your chart. Then we will have time to journal, reflecting on what they’d like to release and the intentions they wish to set. Followed by a sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, designed to bring deep relaxation and clarity. Then, unwind with a warm cup of tea as each participant draws their personal oracle card message, offering insight and guidance.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to get cozy during the sound bath, as well as a journal or paper and pen for reflections.
